Third party data processors

We proudly built this website using Ghost CMS and we host it on a Virtual Private Server on Digital Ocean in their data centre in Frankfurt, Germany. Digital Ocean also provides the Domain Name Services (DNS) for both this website and the requisite email records.

We use Mailgun to deliver both transactional emails (sign-up and sign-in) and our newsletter and we use their servers based in the EU.

We use Letterbird by Good Enough LLC for our contact form. Their servers are based in the US. We also use Calendly to allow you to book appointments with us. Their servers are also based in the US. In both those cases they have incorporated the newest Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK addendum as its legal transfer mechanism under GDPR and UK data privacy laws.

We ensure that data is only retained for as long as is required for the purpose for which it was initially collected and then deleted.

We may update this policy as needed to comply with additional regulations or to reflect changes to our practices. Whenever we make a significant change to our policies, we will refresh the date at the top of this page and take any other appropriate steps to notify users.
